We accept most major Credit & Debit Cards for payment. Please contact us with your Card details should you wish to utilise this service.
We do not accept payment online but you can pay by Credit/Debit Card over the telephone. An invoice for payment shall be dispatched with the goods and payment can be made by Cheque, Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer within 14 days of receipt of invoice for UK customers.
Overseas customers are required to pay by Credit Card upon receipt of order. We will contact you be email with an approximate shipping cost and at this stage we will request your Visa or MasterCard details.
We accept payment by Credit and Debit Cards. Except Maestro and American Express.
Once you have placed an order over the internet we will contact you by email. We will request your Credit Card information as well as providing you with the shipping cost.

Orders sent by Royal Mail are charged at the following rates in GBP:-
Large Letter from £3.25
Small Packet from £4.50
Medium Packet from £7.25
Larger items are sent by courier and the charge is £10.25

All overseas orders are sent by either Royal Mail International Tracked or courier depending upon the size and weight of the parcel.
Once you have placed your order on our website we will email you with the shipping cost then you can decide if you wish to proceed with the order.
Regalia Cases are sent by courier and the cost is £10.25 for the majority of UK Customers. If you are in a Remote Area there may be an additional charge.

Millennium Mark will not take any responsibility of any customers property once it has left our premises or has been sent to our company.
We shall of course on every occasion ensure the safe delivery of a customers property. However to reduce cost all our products are sent with minimum insurance unless the customers requests otherwise so as to reduce the courier charges to the customer. Millennium Mark do not accept responsibility of customers property.
The die will be the property of the Lodge property however Millennium Mark request that the die remains in the possession of our company for a five year period.
Millennium Mark have simplified the process. If you know the size of the carpet we can offer you a quotation within minutes.
Having chosen a design we can then commence with a CAD drawing for approval. This process takes no more than a few days.
Once the CAD has been approved by the customer we will be able to complete the carpet manufacture within 4-6 weeks.
